HARASSMENT POLICY
Conventions are an escape from reality. It is one of the few weekends where you get away from the troubles and stress of normal day-to life, be yourself around friends—both new and old—and celebrate your passions. To make this an unforgettable experience, we strive to provide an environment that is safe and accommodating to everyone, no matter who you are.
REPORTING HARASSMENT
To report harassment, please notify a member of staff at the event immediately. Either SunnyCon or venue Security will be on hand and scattered around the venue. SunnyCon has desks in the foyer and on Level 4, which will be signposted, and St James Security has a desk in the venue foyer and are stationed on each level, identifiable by their white shirts and badges.
In addition to in-person reporting, you can email us at info@sunnyconanimeexpo.com or reach us on WhatsApp at 07594610350. You can also submit using the form below
